How do I register for this program?

My address has changed, how do I update it?
You may contact our Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos.
Are there any computer requirements for joining this program?
Requirements are: Valid email address that allows spam and a working printer.

Are there any computer requirements to load/run the flipbook?
The flipbook will run on any computer browser that is less than 3 years old. We have found the most recent version of Google Chrome works best. For customers using Internet Explorer, you will need version IE9 or newer.

I don’t remember my Northern Rewards Club number. Can you email it to me?
To protect the privacy of our customers, we are unable to send Northern Rewards Club numbers via email without verifying your information. You may contact our Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos or calling 1.800.KEWADIN to obtain your number. If you are calling in to retrieve your number, please have your address, driver’s license number and date of birth available.

I don’t have a Northern Rewards Club Number, can I still sign up for this program?
This program is for Northern Rewards Club members only. Please stop by our Northern Rewards Club booth at any of our five Kewadin Casinos to sign up. Registration is free and easy, just bring a valid identification and you will be on your way to earning cash, comps and other great rewards.

I signed up, but still haven’t received my confirmation email. Where is it?
Sometimes our email will get sent to the junk / bulk mail folders. You can do two things to solve this problem.
To ensure delivery to your inbox (not bulk or junk mail folders), please add offers@kewadin.com to your address book and/or safe senders list. You can usually do this by clicking on the “options” button in your email program.
Also, you may have misspelled your email address. Click the sign-up link and resubmit your information and be sure to type your email address correctly.
Please contact us if you wish to unsubscribe and you cannot get into your e-mail. You will need to send us an email with the word “opt-out” in the subject line along with your first name, last name, Northern Rewards Club number and email address.

Why won’t the system accept my email address?
Verify that you have typed your email address correctly.

I want to sign up for the program but don’t have a computer or an email address. What do I do?
This program is targeted to those customers who have a computer / email address and want to start receiving Kewadin Casino specials via email and not postal mail. Customers registering for this program will no longer receive their direct mail offers via postal mail. If you do not have a computer or an email address, you are not a candidate for this campaign and we will continue to send your direct mail offers via postal mail.

How do I print the e-mail coupons?
Kewadin’s email flipbook gives you the ability to view two months of offers at once. When you receive your monthly email the blue link at the bottom of the page will take you to your flipbook. The print button is located at the bottom right of your screen.
The current month will be the flipbook that appears first. To view the upcoming months month’s offers simply click the drop down menu in the top left corner titled ‘Monthly Offers’ and select which month you would like to view.

What if I can’t print my coupon?
Printed coupons are required to redeem their value at the Northern Rewards Club booth. If you cannot print your coupon after referencing the suggestions mentioned in the above section, contact your email provider support staff. If this does not work, we recommend that you opt-out of Kewadin’s email program. To opt-out of the email program, and start receiving your offers via postal service, click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your monthly email (below the blue link).

I cannot access my e-mail because I do not have a computer.
If you do not own a computer, you shouldn’t register for this program. By registering for this program, you allowed Kewadin to send you all coupons and specials via email instead of postal mail. If you do not have a computer, this program may not be for you. In order to unsubscribe from this program, opt-out of Kewadin’s email program. You can do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link which is located at the very bottom of your Kewadin offer email. This will allow you to re-enter your email address to be removed from our email list.

I accidentally deleted my direct mail coupons for the month. Can you send them again?
Yes, contact one of the five Northern Rewards Club booths to receive your monthly offers again.
I do not wish to receive any future email messages but still want to receive direct mail offers. What do I do?
In order to unsubscribe from this program, you need to opt-out of Kewadin’s email program. You can do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link which is located at the very bottom of your Kewadin email offers.

Why am I receiving my coupons in my email box? In the past, I received them in the mail.
You have registered with our direct mail via email program. Instead of receiving offers from Kewadin through postal mail, you will now receive them via email. In addition to your direct mail coupons, you will also receive entertainment updates and hotel specials.

How come I did not receive a direct mail offer this month?
We send out a variety of direct mail pieces to our patrons. All of the mailings are based on play level and number of visits to the casino using our Northern Rewards Card. There are minimum levels set in order to receive a direct mail piece, so not all players will receive a mailing.
As a customer’s carded play rises, so does the amount on their offer. The offers are based on play per trip or per day, so it is not only the number of times a customer visits, but the amount of play each time they are here which determines the amount of the offer. A customer must play using their card within the past 12 months.
We encourage everyone to play with their Northern Rewards Card during each visit to increase your opportunity to receive our direct mail pieces.

My husband / wife / friend get email rewards on their card, but I don’t and we have the same email.
Unfortunately two people cannot share the same email address. Email will be considered spam if sent to two people at the same email address. We encourage our customers to register individually using their own e-mail address. Email addresses are readily available through a variety of services including Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, Google, etc.

My address has changed, how do I update it?
You may contact our Northern Rewards Club booth by stopping in at any of the five Kewadin Casinos or calling 1.800.KEWADIN to update your account information. If you are calling in to update your account information, please have your address, driver’s license number and date of birth available. Note: Any changes to your account may take up to 7 days to be available through the website.

The U.S. Post Office is using a new CASS/DPV system to validate an address down to the physical house number. If you are not getting their mail, it would mean that your address is not valid. You will need to contact your local post office. If your post office does not deliver to certain areas, you might just need to open a PO Box.
